Company Profile
Three visionary individuals established First Degree Systems Ltd in 1991. There aim was to use the latest technology to provide the most comprehensive fully integrated business package available for the window industry. Today that vision is a reality with the latest version of Window Designer.
There is a saying, 'From small acorns do large oak trees grow'. Well First Degree Systems Ltd may have started as a small acorn, but after supplying over 5,000 users with their flagship product, they employ over 25 people and have a turnover of several million pounds per annum.
First Degree Systems Ltd have always led the way in development, a fact testified to by many of their customers and consultants that they work with on a day to day basis. Today First Degree Systems Ltd provide many software solutions for many industries. BuilderBooster is the latest development designed to save time and money for serious C++ Builder developers.
Team FDS
Since moving to new premises, First Degree Systems Ltd have endeavoured to provide the best customer service in the industry. With the addition of their Operations Manager, Support Manager, Online web-support and in-house training facilities they are in a position to provide the most professional, efficient and competent service available to their customers.
www.team-fds.com was launched on 4th January 2001 and provides comprehensive tracking of all support calls, bugs and enhancements. In addition to the Team-FDS in house customer service staff logging problems and events, Team-FDS also allow any registered customer to log their own queries, bugs and ideas for enhancements.
Team-FDS are totally committed. Their aim is to solve all support calls (where possible) within 48 hours and 95% of all bugs within the same time frame. Team-FDS also strive to develop as many customer enhancements as technically feasible, thus keeping their customers happy and one step ahead of the competition in all their operations.
